Hill-Sachs Interval (HSI) = HS+BB (HS = width of the Hill-Sachs, BB = width of bony bridge)
HSI is defined as the distance from the rotator cuff attachment to the medial edge of the Hill-Sachs lesion, which is equal to the width of the Hill-Sachs lesion plus the width of the intact bone bridge between the rotator cuff and the Hill-Sachs lesion.
