Glenoid B+C Type Wear

In patients with shoulder arthritis with B type glenoids (A), posterior humeral head subluxation leads to subsequent posterior wear. In patients with C type glenoids (B), retroversion of the flenoid leads to posterior wear and eventual posterior humeral head subluxation.
